Nathan Drake

Nathan "Nate" Drake is a the main protagonist and playable character of the Uncharted series; he is a treasure hunter and fortune seeker, as well as a deep-sea salvage expert, action-pro, and professional thief. Nate believes himself to be the descendant of the famous English explorer Francis Drake.By the events of Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception, he is married to Elena Fisher. In his adventures, he is often joined by Elena and his mentor and partner, Victor Sullivan. 

Victor Sullivan

Victor "Sully" Sullivan is an American treasure hunter as well as friend and mentor at one point of Nathan Drake. 

Sam Drake

Samuel "Sam" Drake is a treasure hunter, the older brother of Nathan Drake, and a supporting character in Uncharted 4: A Thief's End.

Elena Fisher 

Elena Fisher is an American journalist, TV personality and Foreign Correspondent. Amy Hennig commented that she created Elena to be the 'female version of Drake' instead of the 'damsel in distress' type. By the events of Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception, she is married to Nathan Drake.
